Security Council Extends Mandate of MINUSCA

The Security Council adopts resolution 2448, extending the mandate of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) until 15 November 2019. The resolution was adopted with 13 votes in favour and two abstentions (Russian Federation and China).
