Datuk Paul Leong Khee Seong, Malaysia's Minister for Primary Industries, briefing correspondents at the UN this morning on matters related to the Sixth International Tin Agreement (ITA), which Malaysia had just signed and ratified. He also answered questions on the international commodities market.
