General Assembly Opens Seventh Special Session on Development and International Economic Co-operation
The General Assembly this morning opened its seventh special session, on the problems of development and international economic co-operation. Abdelaziz Bouteflike, Foreign Minister of Algeria, the President of the twenty-ninth regular session of the Assembly, was asked to serve as President of the special session, and an Ad Hoc Committee was established, to which the item on development and international economic co-operation was referred.
