General Assembly Meets on Anniversary of Declaration on Rights and Responsibility of Individuals

Neville Melvin Gertze (on screens and left at dais), Vice-President of the seventy-third session of the General Assembly and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Namibia to the UN, chairs the Assembly meeting on the 20 anniversary of the adoption of the declaration on the rights and responsibility of the individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universality recognized human rights and fundamental freedom, with a view to giving impetus to its promotion in all regions.
