Staffan de Mistura, UN Special Envoy for Syria, listens to Bashar Ja'afari, Permanent Representative of the Syrian Arab Republic to the UN, as Mr. Ja'afari addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Syria. It was the last time the Council was officially briefed by Mr. de Mistura in this capacity.
