Secretary-General Gives Luncheon for Heads of Delegations to the General Assembly

Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim gave a luncheon in honour of heads of delegations attending the special session of the General Assembly. Special guests of honour today were Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser of Australia and Prime Minister Constantine Karamanlis of Greece.
