President of Portugal Pays Official Visit to UN Headquarters

The President of Portugal, General Antonio Ramalho Eanes, paid an official visit to United Nations Headquarters today, to confer with the Secretary-General and the President of the General Assembly and to address the special session of the Assembly on disarmament.
