First Baby of New Zealand Attends General Assembly Debate

3-month-old Neve, daughter of New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, this week became the youngest person ever to attend the UN General Assembly. Ardern, the youngest leader of New Zealand in 150 years, is just the second sitting head of government to have given birth while in office.
