General Assembly Hears Statement by Prime Minister of India, Also Statements in General Debate by Foreign Ministers of Ukraine, United Kingdom, Yugoslavia

The General Assembly this morning heard an address by the Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi; continued its general debate; and acted to allow the pledging conference of the United Nations Capital Development Fund to be held separately from that of the United Nations Development Programme. Statements in the general debate were made this morning by the Foreign Ministers of the Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Yugoslavia.
