Secretary-General Accepts Contributions to UN Funds for Apartheid Victims

Edwin Ogebe Ogbu (Nigeria) presenting his Government's contribution to Secretary-General U Thant during a ceremony to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. The contributions and pledges will go to the United Nations Funds for "the victims of apartheid and racism in South Africa".
