Secretary-General Opens Register of Public Contributions for Apartheid Victims

A register for the receipt of contributions from the public for "the victims of the policies of apartheid and racism in South Africa" was opened by Secretary-General U Thant in a ceremony in the Economic and Social Council Chamber.
