Foreign Ministers of Yemen, Columbia and Panama Speak in the General Debate

The General Assembly, continuing its general debate, heard statements this afternoon by the Foreign Ministers of Yemen, Colombia, Ireland and Panama.
Chairman for this session of the Assembly is Professor Didimo Rios, of Panama, acting in the absence of General Assembly President Miss Angie E. Brooks, of Liberia. With him is the Secretary-General U Thant.
