Assembly Hears Statement in General Debate by Congo (Brazzaville), Byelorussia, Guinea, Portugal

The General Assembly this afternoon adopted a resolution co-sponsored by 35 African States on co-operation between the United Nations and the Organization of African States Unity (OAU). It also decided without objection to take up as its first item tomorrow morning the Fourth Committee's report on Southern Rhodesia. The Assembly also heard the respresentative of Congo (Brazzaville), Byelorussia, Guinea and Portugal in the general debate.
