Deputy Secretary-General Meets Group of Young Women

Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed (second row, centre) meets with a group of young women participating in the BRAVE South Africa-United States Girls Rights Road Trip, a joint partnership between the U.S. consulate in Cape Town and BRAVE, a South African non-profit organization.
The mission of BRAVE is to inspire and invest in girl leaders, and to bring together high school-aged girl activists from both countries for a two-way road trip exchange program taking South African girls to the U.S. and American girls to South Africa.
