Cyber Cocoon Kids Exhibition Opens at UN Headquarters

Pieces from the exhibition Cyber Cocoon Kids, created by artists Kevin Wang and Xie Long, and presented in association with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). The pieces represent the isolation that can occur when children inhabit a cyber world that parents and caregivers do not fully understand. The four sculptures use a combination of form, lighting and voice to illuminate the four key risks from the perspective of children; cyberbullying, excessive use of the internet, online child sexual abuse and oversharing of personal information.
