New Director of UN Information Centre for the Caribbean Area

Portrait of James Keen, who has been appointed as Director of the U.N. Information Centre, which opened today in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Mr. Keen, who since 1960 has been serving as Regional Representative of the UN Technical Assistance Board and as Director of Special Fund Programs in the Caribbean, will continue to occupy these posts in addition to carrying on his duties as Center Director.
