Trusteeship Committee Begins Hearing of Petitioners on Future of Territory of Ruanda-Urundi

The Fourth (Trusteeship) Committee this morning began hearing petitioners from Ruanda-Urundi on the question of the future of this Belgian-administered trust territory.
Seated at the center table, facing the camera are from left: Mr. Barnabas Bahizi, Secretary to the ex-Mwami (King) of Ruanda, Kigeli V., and the three other petitioners representing the Union National Rwandaise (UNAR) party of Ruanda -- Mr. Alexandre Rutera, Mr. Michel Kayihura and Mr. Michel Rwagasana.
