Fourth Committee Hears Second Petitioner on Conditions in Southern Rhodesia

The Fourth (Trusteeship) Committee this morning heard the second petitioner, Enoch Dumbutshena, concerning the question of Southern Rhodesia. The first petitioner, the Reverned Michael Scott, appeared before the Committee on 3 and 4 October.
