Winston Baldwin Spencer, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, and Chair of the ""Group of 77"" of developing countries and China, addresses a high-level event of world leaders, private sector representatives and civil society partners to discuss specific ways to energize collaboration to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
