Assembly Concludes General Debate; Hearss Statements by Algeria, Guinea, Tunisia, Sudan and Ceylon

The General Assembly this evening concluded the general debate which began on 17 September and in which 70 speakers have been heard. The speakers this afternoon were Algeria, Guinea, Tunisia, Sudan and Ceylon. Portugal and Guinea spoke under the right of reply.
