Seventeenth Session of Commission of Status of Women

The seventeenth seasion of the Commission on the Status of Women, which opened at United Nations Headquarters on 11 March, today heard statements by the representatives of Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, Mexico, Philippines, Peru, united States, China, Argentina, Guinea and the International Federation of University Women (ICFTU).
