Commission on Human Rights Discusses Amendments to Preamble of Draft Convention on Elimination of Racial Discrimination

The Commission on Human Rights, which opened its twentieth session on 17 February, today held a detailed discussion on the amendments proposed to the preamble of the draft international convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination.
