Nursing Education in Malaysia
The objects of the project are to assess the education programmes for nurses and nursing needs and resources; to develop the programmes and the associated clinical practice to meet the country's requirements; and to improve the quality of nursing and nursing education by in-service training, refresher courses, special courses for local registered nurses and courses to prepare nursing personnel for administrative and teaching posts. The World Health Organization (WHO) is aiding the Government in the project.
