Romania's Minister for Foreign Affairs Addresses U.N. General Assembly

H.E.M. Ion Gheorghe Maurer (at speaker's rostrum, r.), Minister for Foreign Affairs of Romania and Chairman of his country's Delegation to the current (12th) session of the United Nations General Assembly, addressing this morning's plenary session as the Assembly continued its general debate.
On the presidential rostrum, behind the speaker, are U.N. Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld (l.) and Sir Leslie Munro (New Zealand), President of the General Assembly.
