UNCURK Members Observe Korean Local Elections Preparations

1 April 1952

Members of the the Commission for the Unification & Rehabilitation of Korea (UNCURK) left Pusan on 10 April to observe preparations for local elections to be held in the near future in the Republic of Korea. Outside the historic city gate at Suwon, the members of one of UNCURK's observation teams talk with local Korean officials. Delegates of the team are Mr. Ketel, of the Netherlands, and Mr. Currie, of Australia.
