Manpower is the great wealth of the devastated Republic of Korea. Here men, women and children pitch in to repair a flood-threatened dike in Cholla Pukto Province. The United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA) as part of the rehabilitation is providing leadership to direct unused manpower into productive projects. [1954]
