Flat Glass Plant under Construction in Korea

Foundations are taking shape at Korea's first modern flat glass plant, now being built in Inchon by the UN Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA). Here, workmen are putting in steel mesh reinforcing for the base of a storage silo.
