UNKRA Builds Cement Plant in South Korea

A cement plant that will meet the requirements of an expanding economy is being erected by the UN Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA) at Mungyong, South Korea, at a cost of $8,500,000.
Beyond the paddy fields and reservoir, the ferro concrete silos and chimneys of Mungyong Cement Plant.
