General John B. Coulter, Agent-General of the United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency. The General told a press conference, today at Headquarters, that the UN Operation in Korea, ""so generously and vigorously supported during the fighting,"" is in danger of failing in its peacetime rehabilitation task. ""At this moment, our plans for the future are badly hampered by a serious lack of funds,"" he added. The General came here ""to seek new pledges, as well as existing pledges.""
