A Meeting on UNKRA's Financial Needs

From left to right at the rostrum, during a meeting of the General Assembly's Negotiating Committee for Extra-Budgetary Funds this afternoon at UN Headquarters: Lt. Gen. John B. Coulter, Agent General of the United Nations Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA); Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold of the United Nations; Dr. V. A. Hamdani, of Pakistan, Chairman of the Committee; and Mr. Brian E. Urquhart, Committee Secretary. The meeting was called to get the financial support needed to offset the ""perilous"" financial situation confronting UNKRA.
