Expanding Productivity in Seoul
The Government of the Republic of Korea has been investing considerably in new plants and equipment in order to speed up the country's economic development. It is also attempting to raise the level of efficiency of the existing industries in order to increase both employment and the standard of living in general. To achieve the goal the Government, with the assistance of the International Labour Organization (ILO), has been offering, through the Korean Productivity Centre in Seoul, various courses in management and conducting surveys and research on productivity.
