Security Council Calls on Two Cypriot Communities to Pursue Efforts Towards Independent, Sovereign and Non-Aligned Federal Republic

The Security Council reaffirms it's support for the pledge of the leaders of the two Cypriot communities to establish a bi-communal Federal Republic of Cyprus that would safeguard it's independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and non-alignment.
On the left is Secretary-General Javier Perez De Cuellar and on the right is Council President Abdalla Saleh Al-Ashtal of Democratic Yemen.
