Security Council Meets in Geneva Concerning Situation in Occupied Arab Territories

The Security Council met today in Geneva concerning the situation in the occupied Arab territories. The meeting was held at the request of the Group of Arab States. This is the first time that the Council has met in Geneva.
Chairman Yasser Arafat of the Palestine Liberation Organization addresses the members of the Security Council.
