National Leather and Textile Institute at Fez in Morocco

1 October 1970

In 1962, the Government of Morocco, with the assistance of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and with the International Labour Organization (ILO) as Participating and Executing Agency, established an Institute for Instructor Training for Leather and Textile Workers.
A piece of leather is drawn through a roller as part of the processing treatment at the Institute. October 1970.
