27 Governments Pledge Some $2 Million for 1961 Programs of High Commissioner for Refugees

Twenty-seven governments this morning pledged the equivalent of $2,072,998 for the 1963 program of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, at the General Assembly's Pledging Conference for Extra-Budgetary Funds.
