Mr. Kingsley Visits Seoul's Water Works

During his recent inspection tour of Korea, Mr. J. D. Kingsley, Agent-General of the UN Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA), visited the Seoul Water-Works which are being rebuilt and enlarged at the present time, with the help of the UN Civil Assistance Command in Korea (UNCACK).
