Mr. Kingsley Visits Seoul's Water Works

During his recent inspection tour of Korea, Mr. J. D. Kingsley, Agent-General of the UN Korean Reconstruction Agency (UNKRA), visited the Seoul Water Works which are being rebuilt and enlarged, with the help of the UN Civil Assistance Command in Korea (UNCACK). Here he is seen (right), with Mr. Pierobon, of UNKRA, inspecting the foundations of one of the new buildings which are being erected at the water-works. [No exact date]
