103 Governments Pledge Nearly $146.5 Million for UNDP in 1971; Additional Pledges Expected to Bring Total to $240 Million
The 1970 Pledging Conference for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) concluded its one-day session this afternoon at which representatives of 102 Governments announced pledges amounting to a total equivalent of $146,427,304 for the 1971 operations of the Development Programme.
