General Assembly Continues Its General Debate

The thirty-second session of the General Assembly continued its general debate this morning, hearing statments by the Foreign Ministers of Ireland, Austria and the Central African Empire. The Assembly has so far heard sixty-eight speakers in the general debate which began on 26 September.
A part of the morning meeting was presided over by Ambassador Abdalla Saleh Ashtal, Permanent Representative of the People's Democratic of Yemen to UN. To his left is the Under-Secretary-General for Inter-Agency Affairs and Coordination, C.V. Narasimhan.
