Louis-Charles Viossat, Ambassador in Charge of the Fight against AIDS and Transmittable Diseases of France, addresses a high-level meeting on a comprehensive review of the progress achieved in realizing the Declaration of Commitment on HIV and AIDS and the Political Declaration on the pandemic.
