World AIDS Day Observance Addresses "The Children Left Behind"
Hillary Rodham Clinton, First Lady of the United States, addresses the opening segment of the World AIDS Day observance at Headquarters, which is meeting on the theme, ""The Children Left Behind"", organized by the Department of Public Information. She joins a panel of three children orphaned by AIDS.
