World AIDS Day Observance Addresses "The Children Left Behind"

She joins a panel of three children orphaned by AIDS. They are: Andrew Jackson Okurut, of Uganda (off camera); Paris Lane, of the United States (left); and moderator Alexandra Berke, a reporter for Children's Express. The event was organized by the Department of Public Information (DPI).
