World AIDS Day Observance Addresses "The Children Left Behind"

Geri Benoit -Preval, the First Lady of Haiti, addresses the World AIDS Day observance at Headquarters, which is meeting on the theme, ""The Children Left Behind"". Also pictured (left) is Linda Fasulo, a correspondent for NBC News, who is moderating the panel on the question of ""child care, child welfare and clinical issues"". The event was organized by the Department of Public Information (DPI).
