New Permanent Representative of Ireland Presents Credentials

Mr. Kennedy was a member of the Irish delegations to the United Nations General Assembly sessions from 1959 to 1961, and served as Rapporteur of the United Nations South West Africa Committee in 1956, and Rapporteur of the fourth Committee of the Assembly in 1960.
