Security Council Hears Statement by Five Latin American Foreign Ministers

The President of the Security Council, Juan Antonio Tack, Foreign Minister of Panama, reads out the text of a message received from the Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, expressing hope for the success of the Council's meetings in Panama.
