8th Global Forum of United Nations Alliance of Civilizations

Miguel Angel Moratinos (centre), former Foreign Minister of Spain, participates in a meeting of the 8th Global Forum of the UN Alliance of Civilizations, on the theme ""Commit2Dialogue: Partnerships for Prevention and Sustaining Peace"". Mr. Martinos was appointed today by Secretary-General António Guterres as the new High Representative of the Alliance of Civilizations, a position he will assume 1 January 2019.
