The Technical Assistance Committee of the Economic and Social Council this morning ended its general discussion on the Regular and on the Expanded Programme of Technical Assistance (EPTA), after hearing statements by the representatives of the USSR, United Arab Republic, Jordan, Chile, Argentina, Afghanistan, Iraq, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.
