Technical Assistance Committee

The Technical Assistance Committee of the Economic and Social Council ended its general discussion on the Regular and on the Expanded Prograrmme of Technical Assistance (EPTA), after hearing statements by the representatives of the USSR, United Arab Republic, Jordan, Chile, Argentina, Afghanistan, Iraq, France, Italy and the United Kingdom. The Committee also held an exchange of views on the question of future accommodation for the Technical Assistance Board and the United Nations Special Fund.
