Plan of Operation Signed for New Investment-Promoting Service in African Development Bank

A Plan of Operation, providing for the establishment of a new investment-promoting service in the African Development Bank, was signed today at United Nations Headquarters, New York, by representatives of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Office of the United Nations Commissioner for Technical Cooperation and the Bank.
