An exhibition depicting the activities of the United Nations and its Specialized Agencies was held in Jerusalem, Israel, on the occasion of United Nations Day on 24 October 1959.
A display on milk conservation showed one aspect of the activities of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Israel.
